Tavan zam oranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re hesaplanan art\u0131\u015flar, farkl\u0131 kira bedelleri \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirildi. Bu durum, piyasadaki kira hareketlili\u011finin nas\u0131l \u015fekillenece\u011fi konusunda \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6sterge sunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><h3>Farkl\u0131 Kira Bedellerine G\u00f6re Zam Oranlar\u0131<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan hesaplamalara g\u00f6re;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><ul>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>15.000 TL<\/strong> kira \u00f6deyenler i\u00e7in zam oran\u0131 7.689 TL olarak belirlenirken, yeni kira bedeli <strong>22.689 TL<\/strong> olacak.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li><strong>20.000 TL<\/strong> kira \u00f6deyenlerin yeni kira tutar\u0131 ise <strong>30.252 TL<\/strong> olarak tespit edildi.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li><strong>30.000 TL<\/strong> kira i\u00e7in uygulanan zam miktar\u0131 15.378 TL olurken, toplam kira bedeli <strong>45.378 TL<\/strong>\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li><strong>40.000 TL<\/strong> kira \u00f6deyenlerin yeni kira tutar\u0131 <strong>60.504 TL<\/strong> olarak belirlendi.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li><strong>50.000 TL<\/strong> kira \u00f6deyenler i\u00e7in ise yap\u0131lan art\u0131\u015fla birlikte toplam kira bedeli <strong>75.630 TL<\/strong>\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><h3>Art\u0131\u015flar Tart\u0131\u015fma Yaratt\u0131<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kira art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131, hem ev sahipleri hem de kirac\u0131lar aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere yol a\u00e7t\u0131. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek miktarlardaki kira bedelleri \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan zamlar, tart\u0131\u015fmalara neden oldu. Kirac\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00e7eleri \u00fczerindeki etkileri de\u011ferlendirilirken, ev sahiplerinin ise piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurdu\u011fu belirtiliyor.
