Bal\u0131kesir’in G\u00f6nen il\u00e7esinde, 18 y\u0131l \u00f6nce G\u00f6nen \u00c7ay\u0131’nda battaniyeye sar\u0131l\u0131 halde bulunan erkek cesedinin gizemi<\/strong>, Jandarma Asayi\u015f Timleri’nin (JASAT) yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sonucu ayd\u0131nlat\u0131ld\u0131. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda bulunan ve kimli\u011fi belirlenemeyen kurban\u0131n R.A. oldu\u011fu tespit edilirken, cinayet zanl\u0131lar\u0131ndan 5’i g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131, 1 zanl\u0131 ise cezaevinde h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Olay, 3 Nisan 2007 tarihinde<\/strong>, Band\u0131rma’n\u0131n Misak\u00e7a Mahallesi’ndeki G\u00f6nen \u00c7ay\u0131’n\u0131n denizle birle\u015fti\u011fi noktaya yak\u0131n bir b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fand\u0131. Suda yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 g\u00fcn kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lan, 30 ya\u015flar\u0131nda bir erkek cesedi, battaniyeye sar\u0131l\u0131 ve iple ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f halde bulundu. O d\u00f6nem yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda cesedin kimli\u011fi belirlenemedi ve dosya faili me\u00e7hul olarak kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 ay s\u00fcren teknik ve fiziki takipler ile ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucunda, cesedin R.A. isimli \u015fahsa ait oldu\u011fu kesinle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Operasyonda cinayet zanl\u0131s\u0131 5 ki\u015fi g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.
